Sports injuries and accidents are other leading causes of chronic aching. However, some unhealthy practices like bad postures when bending or picking something on the floor can expose your vertebrae to discomforts. Regardless of what causes your discomfort, it is not advisable for one to assume the cause of their abdominal or vertebrae discomforts.
